Attorney-at-law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Ms. Serrano was member of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana’s Research Group called “Evolución legal y jurisprudencial de la competencia desleal en Colombia” (Legal and Jurisprudential Evolution of unfair competition in Colombia”) document that was later published. Attorney-at-law graduated from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana; she worked as monitor at the University´s Legal Advice Center. Holds experience in recognized music, television and media companies in both Colombia and the UK including Caracol TV, International Federation of the Phonographic Industry in London (IFPI) and MTV Networks UK & International. Currently works with the Corporate Law division at Barrios, Vélez & Asociados since 2011.

Marco Antonio Zuluaga Rodríguez
Attorney-at-law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He was co-author of the Jurisprudential Analysis Research called Constitutional Court Pronouncements on Labor Law. Specialized on Procedural Law and Tax Law from Universidad del Rosario. He currently works with the Litigation department of Barrios Vélez & Asociados.
